We encourage you to fill out Membership Application form to become a member so you can vote on important issues to improve the safety of our community. In August, 2021, a group of volunteers, residents who live around or near Park #581 (“The Prairie”), formed the PARK 581 Park Advisory Council (PAC) and have been dedicated to enhancing the community use of the park. In 2022, we partnered with the Chicago Parks Foundation, as the fiscal partner of our PAC, extending their NFP 501(c)(3) status and sales tax exemption to us for the purposes of fundraising for park-related events & much needed park improvements.
