I was in a horrible car accident. Thrown from the vehicle. I have had 7 long spine surgeries. I walk 4-6 miles a day...faithfully. I am 61 and have two very successful children. 34 and 36. I'm hoping to lose 15lbs. I pray this keto challenge gets me there!
