YOGA IN THE PARK Summer 2024
Gentle Slow Flow yoga hosted by Laurie Sasser. Laurie teaches Prana Vinyasa Yoga as taught by Shiva Rea, and adds Meditation, Kundalini Breathwork. You will fine tune Chakras, the Elements and learn how to alchemize with the Seasons. These classes will leave you calm, balanced, grounded, aligned and ready to step into the next cycle of life.
