Focus on standing poses and basic seated work that is suitable for all levels. Generally a slower pace than Vinyasa yoga. YinYasa: The best of both worlds. Starting with deep facia work through holding poses followed by flowing asana all connected through breath. A yoking, yoga! YIN: Held yoga poses that targets connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and spine.

Yin Yoga (YY) is the perfect compliment to our yang style of yoga practice. Yang yoga practices include popular techniques such as vinyasa flow, ashtanga, power yoga & Hatha. A lovely passive approach to yoga where the majority of the poses are seated or laying down, held for longer periods of time, 3-5 minutes & in some cases up to 10 minutes. YY offers deeper access to the body targeting our connective tissues, fascia & ligaments with the aim of lubricating & protecting our joints.
