The Cantu Foundation

The Cantu Foundation (TCF) is the brainchild of Fatima Guevara, inspired by her own special needs dog, Cantu. A 501(c)3 organization, The Cantu Foundation is a volunteer and donation-based non-profit that rescues and rehabilitates dogs in need in the poorest areas of Tijuana and Rosarito, Mexico and Southern California.
