The Hidden Opponent - CBU Chapter

The Hidden Opponent is a non-profit organization that focuses on breaking the stigma of mental illness in athletes. Another big focus is spreading information and resources to those who need it. There will be monthly/bi-monthly meetings to talk about mental health, coping strategies, and so much more!
