Everyone Falls Off Cliffs: My Best Career Advice as a CEO

I'm going to give you two quick sets of advice on what I think the best career advice is.
Number one is always show up. You never regret showing up to something you got invited to that you think might be of value, and don't stay home. After the pandemic, I see a lot of young people not showing up. Always show up.
The second thing I learned from Dr. Fuster, who's my personal physician and one of the top doctors in the world (he's in his 80's). I asked him this question, what he thought the best career and life advice was, and he told me four things.
First: positivity at all costs. It doesn't mean being Pollyannish about positivity; it means basically things get done in the world by people who are positive in nature.
The second one is everyone falls off cliffs. I've fallen off cliffs, you're going to fall off cliffs. It doesn't matter if you fall off a cliff, it matters if you climb back up.
Number three is you're meant to do something in life. You should find that thing, and you should be your best version of yourself at that one thing.
The fourth thing is that nothing great gets done by one person; you need to have a team. Find a team of people that you can work with and accomplish things in your life. That could be family, friends, or coworkers, but have a team.
Those are the best pieces of career advice I think I've ever gotten.
